October is Fall and Apple Picking and Halloween and Pumpkins. We make our first of many batches of Pumpkin Cookies right about now. Makes many but they go fast.
Pumpkin Cookies – makes 6 dozen
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
